Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy governs the terms under which customers may seek returns, exchanges, or refunds from Saifuliya Mart.
General Policy
At Saifuliya Mart, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the event of any issue, this Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities in relation to returning, exchanging, or receiving a refund for a product purchased through our platform.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:
a. The product received is physically damaged, defective, expired, or materially different from the one ordered.
b. The request for return or exchange must be initiated within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
c. The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
d. Products eligible for return must not fall under the category of non-returnable items (see Clause 5).
All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
Procedure for Returns
To initiate a return, customers must contact Saifuliya Mart’s customer support team through official communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. The request must include the order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
Once a return request is reviewed and approved, the customer will be notified regarding the method of return. Saifuliya Mart reserves the right to determine whether the return will be processed via pickup or customer-initiated delivery. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is solely attributable to Saifuliya Mart.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
a. The product is not available for replacement or exchange after a valid return is approved.
b. A pre-paid order is cancelled by Saifuliya Mart due to stock unavailability or internal error.
Refunds will be processed via mobile financial services (such as Bkash or Nagad) or bank transfer, depending on the original mode of payment. Approved refunds shall be completed within five (5) to seven (7) working days following final confirmation.
Saifuliya Mart shall not be liable for delays in refund processing caused by third-party service providers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of physical damage or wrong item delivered:
a. Personal care products, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive items
b. Items sold under clearance, flash sales, or marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
c. Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition
d. Returns requested after the three (3) day return window
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, exchanges may be granted for eligible items upon request within three (3) days of delivery. The exchanged item must meet the same return conditions outlined in Clause 2. Exchange of products for size, color, or alternative models may require adjustment of payment based on price differences.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved amicably between the parties. In the event of failure to resolve, such disputes may be submitted to a competent court of jurisdiction in Dhaka.
Modifications
Saifuliya Mart reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy shall be effective from the date of publication on our website.
